What this is

White Circle Casino is a player-run, unofficial Discord community project for Torn.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Torn.com or Torn City Ltd in any way. It's built and run independently by players, for players.

Who's in charge

The only person with administrative control over this casino, its Discord server, and the coins/items involved is Dyhr [3120841] on Torn. There is no company, no other owners, and no support structure beyond that.

How it works

Coins have no real-world monetary value. They only represent Torn items or money you've sent in and can request back out. Sending items/money to the casino, and withdrawal requests, are entirely voluntary and at your own risk - like any player-to-player trade on Torn.

"Coins" is just what we call Torn $ - they're tracked at a flat 1:1 ratio (830,000 coins = $830,000 in Torn money). Deposits are made via items instead of a direct money transfer purely to avoid mugging risk, but the coin value you're credited is always meant to match that item's Torn-dollar worth.

No guarantees

This is a hobby project, not a business. It's provided as-is, with no uptime, availability, or fund-safety guarantees. Game outcomes are provably fair and verifiable (see the seed hash shown with every bet), but that doesn't change the fact that gambling can result in losing what you deposit.

Age / eligibility

You're expected to follow Torn's and Discord's own rules and age requirements. This casino doesn't run any separate age verification of its own.

Changes

These terms may change as the casino changes. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept the current version.
